Seeking a Senior Receptionist / Bookkeeper for a professional services businesses, seeking someone with strong reception, finance, accounts payable experience. Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum + bonus + benefits
Office based role: x5 days on site, Bond Street 08:30am - 05:30pm / Monday - Friday (no weekend work).
We are seeking a highly organised, adaptable, and detail-oriented individual to join our team in a role that combines front-desk reception duties with accounts payable and bookkeeping responsibilities. This role is ideal for someone who is both people-oriented and numbers-focused, capable of managing multiple administrative and financial tasks efficiently.
Reception Duties
Answer and direct incoming phone calls and manage company inbox
Maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming reception area
Coordinate meeting room bookings and assist with general office administration
Accounts Payable
Bookkeeping
Record day-to-day financial transactions and maintain general ledgers
Reconcile bank, credit card, and petty cash accounts
Assist in preparing monthly management accounts and financial reports
Maintain accurate records for audits and end-of-year reporting
Experience with Reception and Finance
Solid knowledge of bookkeeping and accounts payable processes
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and Outlook)
