A leading global law firm is seeking a Senior Business Development & Marketing Coordinator to join their London office. The role involves supporting marketing and business development initiatives for the Disputes division and assisting with pitch opportunities.
Responsibilities:
* Support the end-to-end pitch management process for standard pitches.
* Collaborate with the MBD team to ensure accurate credentials.
* Draft marketing collateral and client notes, working closely with the practice to maintain marketing materials.
* Manage the UK directory and awards submission process.
* Assist PSLs with client mailings, seminars, and conferences.
* Build relationships with the practice and other teams to ensure timely and consistent work delivery.
Candidate Requirements:
* Experience in Business Development or Marketing within a Legal or Professional Services environment.
* Degree qualification, preferably in marketing or a related field.
* Strong IT skills and ability to learn new tools and software.
