What You’ll Do
• Act as engineering lead during events, owning car setup, readiness, drivability, and performance.
• Lead vehicle engineering to ensure the faultless running, reliability, and continuous development of high-performance motorsport assets.
• Collaborate with suppliers to ensure engineering targets, investments, and system performance are met.
• Guide and support mechanics and technicians, promoting technical excellence and best-practice engineering.
• Ensure all engineering activity meets stringent safety, insurance, and regulatory standards.
What You Bring
• Extensive experience in formula-level motorsport engineering across mechanical and electrical subsystems.
• Strong understanding of vehicle dynamics, data analysis, and performance optimisation.
• Leadership ability with confidence operating as the engineering authority during live events.
