HVAC Engineer | Servicing & Maintenance | Commercial Environments | Swindon & Surrounding Areas | £40,000 – £45,000 | PAYE – Paid Weekly We are actively recruiting for an experienced HVAC Engineer to join a well-established commercial building services maintenance provider, covering Swindon and the surrounding areas. This is a mobile, hands-on role focused on servicing, maintenance, and fault finding across a varied portfolio of commercial environments, including offices, industrial units, retail, and mixed-use sites. The HVAC Engineer will be responsible for carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPMs) and reactive works on a range of HVAC and mechanical plant. This role is ideal for an engineer who enjoys autonomy, varied sites, and a stable PAYE position with weekly pay. Employment Package * Role: HVAC Engineer – Servicing & Maintenance * Location: Swindon & Surrounding Areas (mobile role) * Environment: Commercial Buildings * Salary: £40,000 – £45,000 (depending on experience) * OTE: £50-60K per annum * Employment Type: Permanent, PAYE – Paid Weekly * Hours: Monday to Friday, 07:00am - 5:30pm INCLUDING travel. Site hours estimated 08:00am - 4:30pm. * Holidays: 28 days. * Overtime: Paid at x1.5 - x2 rate. * On-Call: 1 in 4 weeks. £100 per week standby D2D pay at overtime rates if called out. * Company van, fuel card & tools provided * Ongoing training and development opportunities * Long-term stability with a growing employer Key Responsibilities * Planned preventative maintenance (PPMs) on HVAC systems * Reactive maintenance and fault finding * Servicing of: Split AC systems, VRV / VRF systems, AHUs, FCUs, Heat pumps, Ventilation systems * Minor mechanical repairs and plant maintenance * Accurate completion of reports and compliance paperwork * Liaising professionally with clients on-site Requirements * Proven experience as an HVAC / AC Engineer within commercial environments * Relevant HVAC or mechanical qualifications (City & Guilds / NVQ or equivalent) * F-Gas qualification (essential) * Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills * Full UK driving licence * Professional, reliable, and customer-focused approach If you are an HVAC Engineer with commercial servicing and maintenance experience and are looking for a well-paid, stable PAYE role covering Swindon and the surrounding areas, please apply today by submitting your CV
