Responsibilities
* Assist the Principal in appointing and supporting learners within key stage areas.
* Deliver 1-2-1, small group, and class interventions as needed to support learners with ASC and SEMH needs.
* Be a reliable, committed, caring, and trustworthy role model for learners; contribute to a positive school environment focused on continual improvement.
* Collaborate with staff, parents, carers and governors to promote wellbeing and inclusive practices.
Qualifications and expectations
* Experience in working with learners with Autism Spectrum Conditions (ASC) and/or Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) difficulties is preferred.
* Ability to deliver targeted interventions and to work within a supportive and safeguarding-focused school community.
* Committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children; willingness to undergo Enhanced DBS check.
* Reliable, motivated, and capable of acting as a positive role model for students aged 7 to 19.

* FTE Salary: C24 – D28 £26,228.16 - £29,158.39
* Actual: 39 weeks £22,434 - £24,940.34 / 44.6 weeks £24,949.02 - £27,736.34
* SSA: £750 per annum, pro rata
