Managing in our stores:
Our management teams are central to store operations. They lead by example, inspiring and motivating teams to deliver excellent customer service every day. They oversee product availability, health and safety, and daily operations, influencing and improving every aspect of the in-store experience. Their work makes the environment better for colleagues and enhances the shopping experience for customers.
