An opportunity has arisen for a Chartered Surveyor to join a market-leading Portfolio Valuation team based in the West End. The team undertakes regular valuations on behalf of property companies, funds, and large institutions. The types of properties valued include both traditional commercial and alternative assets located nationally.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a team that works on some of the largest and most high-profile property portfolios throughout the UK. The role offers a high level of autonomy and direct client contact, providing great exposure for those interested in asset and fund management. The team is led by experienced Directors who have created a supportive and dynamic working environment.
Key Skills and Experience:
* MRICS Qualified
* Experience undertaking RICS Red Book valuations
