Overview
Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and reliable Roofer to join our team. The Roofer will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining roofs on residential and commercial buildings. This includes working with a variety of materials such as shingles, metal, tile, and flat roofing systems. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working at heights, have a strong understanding of roofing techniques, and follow all safety protocols on the job site.
Responsibilities
* Install new roofs and repair damaged roof sections.
* Inspect roofs for signs of damage or wear.
* Measure and cut roofing materials to fit.
* Apply waterproofing materials and sealants.
* Ensure all work meets local building codes and safety standards.
Qualifications
* Previous roofing experience preferred.
* Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
* Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials.
* Comfortable working at heights and on ladders.
* Knowledge of safety procedures and use of roofing tools.
