Responsibilities
* Become an expert advisor, building relationships with customers and understanding their home improvement projects.
* Drive sales while maintaining excellent customer service.
* Manage stock, set up attractive displays, and keep the store looking great.
* Participate in training for paint‑mixing and cutting timber.
* Use new technology to enhance customer experience.
Qualifications
* Friendly and outgoing; passionate about home improvement.
* Happy to help, eager to learn, and open to using new technology.
* Great at working in a team and flexible to work on a rota that includes weekends, evenings, and bank holidays.
