Job Overview
Lead Operative – Quality Control. Experienced in a manufacturing environment with quality control. Focus on quality and checking finished products prior to dispatch. Prior QC knowledge and background from any environment will be considered.
Employment Details
* Permanent contract
* 3-shift pattern rotates weekly (Monday to Friday, no weekends)
* Enhanced benefits package – 31 days annual leave, increasing with length of service
Responsibilities
* Monitor and lead the packing operation
* Carry out quality checks – report/record with documentation
* Raise non‑conformance report on any products that don't meet the standard
* Communicate with the shift manager to decide on relevant course of action
* Check all product packing specifications are being met
* Ensure all packaging requirements are available for your shift and planned for the next
