Senior Lettings Negotiator – York – £35k Bonus York AST Lettings £35k Bonus One Property Recruitment are in search for a Senior Lettings Negotiator to lead a high performing team of Property Manager’s and Lettings Negotiator’s in York. Our client is an area leading property management company who live and breathe through their company values. We’re looking for a highly motivated and organised individual with extensive experience in residential lettings. The successful candidate for this position will be a huge part of the companies’ future success. The Role Will Include Managing a team of 3 property manager’s and 2 lettings negotiator’s Overseeing team performance and procedures Dealing with key clients and resolving complex issues Adhering to any escalations within the portfolio Supporting the team with training and covering team when there’s absences.
