Senior Buyer – Strategic Sourcing

As a Senior Buyer – Strategic Sourcing, you'll support the delivery of complex procurement projects across a diverse portfolio of indirect categories, including exciting areas of innovation such as emerging tech, digital transformation, and corporate services.
This role is ideal for a procurement professional who thrives in a structured, project-led environment and is ready to elevate their career while contributing to procurement outcomes that have real national impact. Role Requirements:
* Strong end-to-end procurement experience within the public sector or a similarly regulated setting
* Working knowledge of UK public procurement legislation, particularly PCR 2015 and awareness of the Procurement Act 2023
* Strong tendering and sourcing capabilities with a commercial mindset
* Confident engaging with senior stakeholders and managing supplier relationships
