As their Customer Service Administrator, you won’t just be answering calls—you’ll be the friendly voice and driving force behind smooth operations and strong customer relationships.
What you’ll be doing:
* Be the first point of contact for incoming calls and emails—you're the go-to person for all customer needs.
* Help customers with their order queries and guide them through the process.
* Process orders and returns quickly and accurately.
* Handle complaints professionally and with a can-do attitude.
* Maintain fast, friendly, and effective communication, always aiming for exceptional service.
* Spot opportunities to upsell additional products—your input could boost business!
What we’re looking for:
* Someone who genuinely enjoys talking to people and knows how to listen.
* A confident communicator who can build rapport and solve problems with ease.
* Solid experience in customer service or admin is essential.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Outlook, Excel, and Word.
