We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Fast Food Shift Manager to oversee daily operations within a busy fast food establishment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for food service, and a comprehensive understanding of food safety and kitchen management. What You'll Be Doing
* Leading shifts and supporting the team to deliver excellent service
* Running the shop floor smoothly during busy periods
* Coaching, motivating, and developing team members
* Maintaining high standards of food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness
* Handling cash, stock control, and opening/closing procedures
* Dealing confidently with customers and resolving issues professionally
* Supervise and coordinate daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth workflow and excellent customer service
* Oversee food preparation and cooking processes to maintain quality standards
* Manage team members, including scheduling, training, and motivating staff to deliver exceptional service
* Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and hygiene standards
* Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to maintain efficient operations
* Handle customer enquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally
* Implement health and safety procedures across the premises
* Assist in the development of menu items and promotional activities to attract customers
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation within the kitchen and dining areas
What We're Looking For
* Previous experience in a fast-food, restaurant, or retail leadership role (Shift Leader / Supervisor / Assistant Manager)
* A capable person who comes adapts flexibility in shifts
* Strong communication and people-management skills
* Ability to stay calm and focused under pressure
* A hands-on leader who leads by example
* Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
