Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Head of Sales to drive the growth of our expanding outsourced accounting business and help us achieve ambitious targets. In this role, you will lead and collaborate with our sales, marketing, and business development teams, leveraging your expertise in sales and marketing to convert opportunities into confirmed orders and ensure we meet our firm order goals.
Experience:
B2B sales: 6 years (Mandatory)
Experience in Accounting software (Xero, Sage, QuickBooks, TaxCalc, CCH etc) (Mandatory)
As the Head of Sales, You Will Receive:

Your Responsibilities as the Sales and Marketing Manager:
· Ideally, you will have experience of either selling services or solutions into accountancy practices or have sales experience within outsourcing solutions.
· As the Head of Sales you will lead the sales and marketing teams by:
· Monitoring and reporting the lead, marketing and business development, through regular meetings to ensure they are hit, and providing support where needed to ensure they are kept on track
· Developing sales, marketing and business developments plans and strategies for the coming years to feed into the overall growth strategy
· Taking overall responsibility for hitting overall firm orders in targets, including reporting to the rest of the management team and partners on a weekly basis
· 'Living and breathing' the CRM, ensuring quality record of all activities and is consistently up to date
What is Required as the Senior Sales Manager
· A proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets in a client-facing role.
· Extensive experience in a B2B, solution-driven sales environment.
· Strong commercial acumen paired with a high level of professionalism.
· Expertise in leading a team to develop and execute strategies that maximize effectiveness.
· A collaborative team player who can work seamlessly across the business to achieve the best results for the firm.
