We are looking for an enthusiastic Registered Nurse with an interest in Women's Health to work across the Princess Royal University Hospital and South Sites in the Gynaecology Outpatients, Early pregnancy and Emergency Assignment Unit, Colposcopy and Ambulatory Unit
Main duties of the job
1. Delivering a high standard of evidence based care to patients.
2. Ensuring good standards of care for the patients are maintained at all times.
3. Adhering to NMC Code of Professional conduct at all times.
4. Involving and supporting patients, relatives, carers and friends in the care process.
5. promoting well being and involving patients and relatives in health educations.
6. Ensuring clear and accurate written and verbal information is given at all times.
7. Ensuring contemporaneous records keeping at all times.
8. Seeking advice from more senior/ experienced members of staff where appropriate.
