Our kitchen sits at the heart of the experience, working closely with our on-site brewery to create dishes that are bold, seasonal and full of flavour. The Role As a Chef de Partie, you’ll take ownership of your section, delivering high-quality dishes with consistency and pride. You’ll work closely with the Sous and Head Chef to ensure smooth service, strong prep standards and a kitchen that runs efficiently even during our busiest shifts. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced environment, perfect for someone who’s ready to step up, take responsibility and develop their skills in a supportive but ambitious kitchen.
