About the Role:
* Deliver tailored academic support to students on a 1:1 basis and in small group settings across Key Stages 35
* Provide in-class assistance and lead structured interventions outside the mainstream classroom
* Support learners in core subjects, particularly English and Maths, to help close attainment gaps
* Work with students with a range of additional needs, including EAL (English as an Additional Language) and SEND
* Collaborate with teachers, SEN specialists, and other members of the Inclusion team to ensure every student thrives
