As we continue to grow, we're on the lookout for a talented and enthusiastic Customer Service Advisor with excellent administrative skills to join our fantastic team.
More about your role:
We are offering a position within our busy workwear department, hours of work are open to discussion and we are happy to meet the hours needed for the right candidate on either a full time or part time basis, however full 5day cover Monday - Friday will be required. You will be the friendly and helpful voice that our customers rely on. Your responsibilities will include:
* Assisting customers with inquiries, orders, and concerns, and strive to build long lasting professional relationships.
* Providing timely and accurate information to resolve customer issues.
* Managing administrative tasks such as processing web and portal order and keying orders placed either by email or telephone.
* Collaborating with different departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
* Making outbound pro active customer service calls to ensure our clients receive the best possible service and gather feedback.
* Contacting clients on a regular basis to ensure they are happy with current service and products also looking to maintain and monitor active customer accounts looking to analyse and report finding to sales representative.
