Role: Finance Operations Accountant Salary: £28,000 per annum Location: Colchester, Essex Your Role Managing key supplier accounts for the Group and compliance with Consensus governance. Processing invoices / credit notes in a timely manner and reconciling supplier statements. Maintaining EBIS Approval data flows and authorisation tables Allocating invoice and payment transactions in the purchase ledger Running purchase ledger reports as required, including aged creditor analysis Monitoring DB BACS reports for Direct Debit collection and BACS files. Assisting in the production of the Group Cash Flow Reporting Reporting to the Financial Controller and Finance Director any concerns, issues or system weaknesses as they are identified.
