We are now looking to welcome an enthusiastic Trainee Service Administrator to join our Service team at Riverside Volvo Hull.

The Role – What you'll be doing
The Trainee Service Advisor role is a fantastic entry point into the automotive industry. You will learn how to be the pivotal link between out customers and the workshop, ensuring vehicles are maintained to the highest standards while providing an outstanding customer experience.
Working alongside our experienced Service Advisors, you'll receive full training to:
* Welcome customers to the service department, both in person and over the phone
* Learn how to book in services, MOTs, and repairs efficiently
* Understand how to set customer expectations and keep them informed
* Assist with producing job cards, estimates, and invoices
* Develop the ability to explain technical information in a clear, customer-friendly way
* Build confidence in upselling additional services and products where appropriate
* Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and maintain long-term relationships
This is a hands-on role with structured development to help you progress in to a full Service Advisor.

Applicants must hold a full UK driving licence
