What will my duties be?
* Plan and carry out physiotherapy on residents, maintaining a respectful, non-judgemental, and caring attitude.
* Provide high-standard physiotherapy to patients.
* Manage own caseload, conducting clinical assessments, diagnosis, treatment planning, and reviews, adapting practices to meet patients' needs, including those with acute, complex, or chronic conditions.
* Monitor, review, and re-assess clients' care plans and outcomes.
* Supervise, appraise, and advise Bands 2-5 therapy and support staff, and supervise/support students in the specialty, assisting clinical educators as needed.
* Work in a coordinated multidisciplinary manner.
* Utilize electronic notes systems, data analysis, and reporting systems efficiently.

What do I need to be successful?
* HCPC registration is required.
* Highly motivated, enthusiastic HCPC registered Neuro-Physiotherapist (Band 5/6) with a minimum of 1 year UK experience in a neuro setting; respiratory experience is advantageous.
* Ability to conduct neurological assessments and provide treatment to achieve patient goals, measuring outcomes with valid tools.
* Excellent communication skills for liaising with stakeholders.
