We’re looking for a Senior Client Solutions Manager – North America, based in the UK or Europe, to join our growing commercial team.
Your Role
The Client Solutions Manager is responsible for developing and growing Rephine’s client base in North America, combining new business acquisition with key account expansion. The role focuses on delivering tailored audit, consulting, and training solutions while building long-term, trusted partnerships with senior stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities & Objectives
Revenue & Account Growth
* Achieve and exceed revenue targets from assigned accounts, with consistent year-over-year growth.
* Develop and execute account strategies that demonstrate increased account value, retention, and long-term growth.
* Maintain a highly organised working practice with accurate forecasting and pipeline management using CRM and ABM platforms (Salesforce / Pardot advantageous).
Client Relationship Management
* Build and maintain strong strategic relationships with senior decision-makers (Director, VP, and C-level).
* Act as the main internal advocate for client needs, ensuring rapid issue resolution and high satisfaction levels.
* Ensure client retention of 80% or higher.
New Business Development
* Generate credible new business within the first 12 months, achieving measurable YoY revenue growth from new clients.
* Identify, qualify, and secure a robust pipeline of opportunities sufficient to meet or exceed revenue targets.
* Deliver proposals and presentations with measurable conversion rates.
Key Account Expansion
* Expand existing key accounts, achieving strong revenue growth by years 2–3.
* Identify and execute cross-sell and up-sell opportunities per account per year.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
* Collaborate with Rephine’s audit, consulting, training, and operations teams to ensure solutions are delivered on time and aligned with client expectations.
* Support commercial and marketing initiatives that strengthen Rephine’s market presence.
Brand & Market Representation
* Represent Rephine at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.
* Support marketing efforts that build brand awareness, credibility, and market positioning in North America.
Your Profile
This role is for you if:
* You have 4+ years of experience in Business Development, Client Solutions, or Key Account Management.
* You have proven success in acquiring new business and/or expanding key accounts.
* Experience in GMP Third Party Audits, GxP Quality Consulting, or regulated Life Sciences environments is strongly desired.
* You are confident engaging senior stakeholders and managing multi-country client portfolios.
* You are commercially minded, proactive, and solutions-oriented.
* You are highly organised and comfortable managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
* You are confident using CRM & ABM tools, Excel, and data analysis for account planning.
* Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
* You are eager to grow within a fast-expanding global consulting environment.
Education & Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Science, Business, or a related field.
* An advanced degree is preferred.
