About the Quantity Surveyor Role In this role, you'll provide commercial management across a portfolio of responsive repairs, planned maintenance, compliance works, voids, and small works projects. Your focus will be on ensuring value-for-money, contractual compliance, and strong financial performance across long-term maintenance frameworks. Key Responsibilities Manage the commercial and financial performance of maintenance and FM-related works Support Quantity Surveyors and provide commercial input from tender through to final account Prepare valuations, cost forecasts, CVRs, and monthly financial reports Analyse and verify subcontractor applications for repairs, planned works and small works Ensure compliance with contract terms (e.g., schedule of rates, NHF, bespoke maintenance contracts) Prepare and manage commercial agreements with FM/maintenance subcontractors and suppliers Assist in tendering, procurement and cost analysis for new maintenance packages Maintain awareness of contractual obligations, KPI performance, and service-level requirements Work collaboratively with operational teams to resolve day-to-day commercial issues Support Senior Quantity Surveyor on larger contracts when required What We Need from You Experience in either commercial or maintenance, facilities management, property services, social housing, or similar environments Strong understanding of schedule-of-rates, small works costing, contract management and procurement Ability to manage your workload across multiple live maintenance projects Excellent IT skills, including MS Office Knowledge of Health & Safety best practice Degree in Quantity Surveying or similar (desirable), CSCS card, RICS membership (advantageous) Full clean driving licence Proactive, flexible, and confident working in a fast-paced FM environment Why Liberty?
