New Customer Acquisition: Lead the charge in acquiring new customers through targeted prospecting, outreach, and relationship building. Collaborate with the Sales Manager to develop and execute new customer acquisition strategies aligned with the overall business objectives. Customer Expansion: Develop and implement effective strategies for expanding relationships with existing clients to drive revenue growth. Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the current client base to maximize account value. Sales Strategy Collaboration: Work closely with the Sales Manager to align business development initiatives with overall sales strategies. Provide input on market trends, customer preferences, and competitive intelligence to inform strategic decision-making. Market Share Expansion: Play a key role in driving initiatives to increase market share in the industry. Analyse market data and customer feedback to identify areas for growth and improvement. Customer Relationship Management: Manage and nurture relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty. Address customer concerns, collaborate on solutions, and serve as a point of escalation for complex issues. Cross-Functional Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the cross-functional team to ensure a cohesive approach to customer acquisition and account management. Provide information on agreed SLA’s to Order Processing Manager and Group Operations Manager to ensure adherence to Customers’ processes.
