Role Overview:
We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Contracts Administrator to join our expanding team. The role involves supporting operational and administrative functions, reporting to senior staff, and ensuring efficiency. It offers opportunities to upskill with new technologies and work within a friendly team.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Managing squad reports and timesheets
2. Assisting in daily programme preparation
3. Tracking van times and operative hours
4. Sourcing utility mark-up information
5. Processing invoices and payment applications
6. Supporting tenders and administrative tasks
7. Maintaining filing systems and office equipment
8. Handling correspondence and calls
9. Managing stock levels and reception duties
10. Supporting internal catering and hospitality
Essential Criteria:
* Strong IT skills (Excel, Word, digital platforms)
* Ability to work independently and take initiative
* Attention to detail and confidentiality
* Organizational and multitasking skills
* Effective communication skills
* Client relationship awareness
Desirable Criteria:
* Experience in similar roles
* Teamwork and cross-functional achievements
* Experience with contracts, invoices, or financial admin
