About Working In C-SPA
Our Front Door for Surrey's Children's services is the first contact families or professionals have with the service and sets the tone for the working relationship. Practice is front-facing and based on strong relationships with families and partner networks. We use motivational approaches and the Family Safeguarding Model to engage with families and networks, and to determine whether a statutory social work service is required.
The work of Senior Social Workers in the Multi Agency team within C-SPA can be rewarding and complex, involving gathering information and making enquiries to inform threshold decisions on the appropriate level of support.
About The Role
We are seeking individuals with professional curiosity and well-developed analytical skills to support laser-focused, collaborative and timely front-door activity, ensuring safeguarding matters are appropriately responded to. As a Senior Social Worker in C-SPA you will process and manage the more complex referrals received into C-SPA.
Our Inclusive Approach
To apply, upload your CV and answer our four application questions. If shortlisted, you will be invited to a short virtual interview (approximately 15–20 minutes) followed by an in-person interview if the Teams call goes well.
