We’re Hiring – Wayleaves / Land Officer / Surveyor (South East England)
We’re looking for an experienced Wayleaves / Land Officer / Surveyor to support the ongoing management and installation of new electricity distribution infrastructure across the South East of England.
This is an exciting opportunity to work on critical energy projects, engaging with landowners, stakeholders, and delivery teams to facilitate the successful rollout of new electrical apparatus.
Key Responsibilities
* Managing existing wayleave agreements and land rights
* Supporting the installation of new electricity infrastructure
* Liaising with landowners, clients, and contractors
* Ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
Experience
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities
* Familiarity with infrastructure and energy sector requirements
* Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently on hybrid projects
* Previous experience in the energy or infrastructure sectors is an advantage
Location & flexibility
* South East England focus
* Regular site visits and time in the client’s office will be required
