Key responsibilities of the role: Deliver lesson plans to ensure students stay on track with the curriculum. Record and report progress: Keep track of attendance, behaviour, and any notable academic issues. Manage classroom behaviour: Maintain discipline and create a positive learning environment. Engage, motivate and encourage students to complete work to the best of their ability. Familiarise yourself with school policies, routines, and expectations.
