Job Title: PPC Manager – B2B (In-house)
Location: London (Hybrid – 3 days in office)
Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 DOE
The Company
This fast-growing group of start-up-focused businesses is building out its in-house digital marketing function. With a vibrant WeWork-style office in Central London, they support a portfolio of professional services brands in accounting, technology, and consultancy. With over 200 employees globally and a lean team of 14 in the UK, the company offers the agility of a startup with the backing of a larger group.
The central marketing team is currently led by a former agency specialist and is looking to bring Paid Media activity in-house after previously outsourcing to an agency. You’ll be joining a small but ambitious team looking to scale performance across multiple B2B sub-brands, with a heavy focus on lead generation.
Roles & Responsibilities
This is a hands-on, full-funnel Paid Media role with a focus on Google Ads and lead generation campaigns. You’ll take ownership of strategy, activation, and performance across multiple in-house brands, supported by offshore teams in India and Dubai.
* Develop and execute Paid Search strategies (90% PPC / 10% Paid Social – LinkedIn)
* Manage budgets of £20k-25k/month, optimising for ROI and ROAS
* Build, run, and analyse paid campaigns across Google Ads and LinkedIn
* Collaborate closely with the Marketing Manager to shape broader media plans
* Lead campaign performance analysis and implement testing strategies
* Identify innovative opportunities to scale campaigns and improve results
* Work independently on activation – no client-facing or team management required
* Opportunity to learn and expand into Paid Social over time
Skills & Experience
* 3+ years of experience in Google Ads (PPC is essential)
* Ideally agency background or multi-account experience
* B2B experience preferred – understanding of lead generation KPIs
* Comfortable working across multiple accounts in a fast-paced environment
* Exposure to LinkedIn Ads or Meta Ads is a bonus
* Confident managing and allocating small-to-medium budgets
* Familiarity with GA4 is desirable
* Strong communication skills and ability to present ideas effectively
