Responsibilities as Commis Chef
Support the kitchen team with prep and service
Learn across different sections of the kitchen
Work with fresh, seasonal ingredients daily
Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organisation
Follow food safety and kitchen procedures
Assist senior chefs during busy service
