About the Role As an Art Teacher, your role will include: Teaching Art and Design across Key Stages 3, 4, and 5, with the ability to deliver A-Level content if desired. Planning and delivering high-quality lessons in a variety of media, including drawing, painting, printmaking, and digital art. Inspiring students to explore their creativity, think critically, and develop confidence in their artistic abilities. Providing targeted support and feedback to ensure student progress and achievement. Contributing to the wider life of the department, including running art clubs, overseeing exhibitions, and engaging in enrichment activities. Collaborating with colleagues to continually refine the curriculum and share best practices. ✅ What We’re Looking For We welcome applications from experienced Art Teachers who: Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a relevant degree in Art, Fine Art, or Art & Design. Have a proven track record of teaching Art at Key Stage 3, 4, and 5, with experience delivering A-Level content. Are passionate about fostering creativity and critical thinking in students, and have a strong subject knowledge. Can demonstrate a dynamic and engaging teaching style that caters to a wide range of abilities.
