A well-established law firm with offices in St Leonards and Staplehurst is looking to recruit a Conveyancing Paralegal on a hybrid basis.
As a Conveyancing Paralegal, you’ll be supporting solicitors and conveyancers day to day, including:
Assisting with the progression of residential property transactions
Preparing contracts, transfer documents and key conveyancing paperwork
Ordering property searches and preparing completion statements
Handling SDLT submissions and ensuring compliance throughout
Liaising with clients, solicitors, estate agents and lenders to maintain smooth communication
We’d love to hear from you, if you have the following skills and experience:
Previous experience as a Conveyancing Paralegal
A solid understanding of residential conveyancing processes and documentation
Strong organisational and administrative skills
Clear and confident communication, both written and verbal
Competence with Microsoft Office and case management systems
In return, as Paralegal you will receive a salary of £28,000 - £35,000 per annum
