Job Purpose:Part time professional project support and technical minute taker to join the Graphite Technology team.The key tasks within the role:Meeting organising and minutes for 4 different meetings (GAP, ONR level 3 and level 4 meeting, graphite governance and graphite oversight).
* Minutes
o Must be competent in capturing the notes 'in the moment' and asking for information to be repeated where required
o Notes must be captured accurately and in a timely manner
* Meeting agendas
* Calendar invite
* Action tracking
* Uploading/distributing documentation
* General admin supporting the 4 meetings above
The role is part time and will be around 15-20hrs per week- ideally split over 3 (or maybe 4) days.Qualifications and Attributes
* Experience taking technical engineering/science based minutes
* Highly organised
* Good standard of written English
* Good eye for detail
* Good communication skills
* Team working
* Strong general IT Skills
