What You’ll Be Doing
* Strategically develop and implement exceptional SEN provision school‑wide
* Coach, inspire, and lead SEND teaching assistants and teachers
* Forge effective EHCPs, monitor intervention impact, and liaise with parents & professionals
* Analyse and report on SEN pupil progress, driving personalised approaches
* Deliver bespoke staff training and foster a responsive, inclusive school culture
Ideal “SENCO” for this Barnet School
* Qualified teacher with UK QTS and prior SENCO experience (NASENCo preferred)
* Demonstrated track record of driving outcomes for students with diverse needs
