We’re looking for a high-performing sales professional who thrives on strategic selling, expanding client portfolios, and driving new business growth, while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships. In this hands-on role, you’ll identify opportunities, nurture existing accounts, and develop strategies to unlock additional value for clients.

You’ll work closely with our team to deliver exceptional results, balancing proactive prospecting with portfolio development and long-term client success. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment, never phased by multiple priorities or the need to learn quickly. Comfortable generating opportunities independently while collaborating with the team, you’ll focus on selling a world-class product that delivers real benefits to the NHS and the people who rely on it.

Responsibilities

- Grow Revenue – Win new business and boost SaaS revenue through upselling and cross-selling.
- Own Your Accounts – Build strong relationships, create account plans, and become a trusted partner to your clients.
- Build Your Pipeline – Spot opportunities, develop them, and show how we solve real business challenges.
- Manage Renewals – Keep partnerships strong by handling renewals and negotiating terms that work for everyone.

- Report & Forecast – Share accurate updates and insights so the team knows where we’re headed.
- Collaborate & Connect – Work closely with clients and internal teams to make sure everything runs smoothly.

Skills and Experience

- Proven Sales Success – You’ve closed complex software deals and hit your targets.
- Healthcare Know-How – Experience selling into the NHS or healthcare sector.

- New Business Mindset – You love finding fresh opportunities and growing existing accounts.
- Relationship Builder – Skilled at crafting value propositions and using CRM tools to stay ahead.
- Analytical & Curious – Great with forecasting and digging into client needs to build strong business cases.
- Resilient & Driven – Determined, detail-focused, and ready to tackle challenges head-on.
