About the Role Deliver engaging and well-structured lessons across the secondary curriculum (KS3–KS5). Support pupils with a variety of learning needs, including those requiring additional classroom support. Adapt teaching strategies to meet individual learning styles and abilities. Monitor and assess pupil progress, providing feedback to pupils, parents/carers, and colleagues. Create and maintain a safe, inclusive, and positive classroom environment that promotes learning and wellbeing. Work collaboratively with other teaching staff and support teams to ensure high-quality learning experiences. Requirements Awarded a PGCE and currently looking to gain QTS. Strong understanding of the secondary national curriculum. Ability to adapt lessons to support diverse learners. Enthusiastic, reliable, resilient, and passionate about teaching.
