Job Description:
Our client is seeking an experienced Employment Solicitor with 2–4 years’ PQE to join their dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work across both contentious and non-contentious employment law matters, advising employers and employees in a supportive and entrepreneurial setting. A following is desirable but not essential.
Key Responsibilities for an Employment Solicitor:
Manage a varied caseload of employment matters for both employers and employees.
Provide commercially sound advice across a range of sectors.
Contribute to the ongoing development of the department and support business growth.
Represent clients in employment tribunals and manage negotiations and settlements.
Build strong, long-term client relationships through excellent service and responsiveness.
Support the firm’s marketing and networking activities.Requirements for an Employment Solicitor:
2–4 years’ post-qualification experience in employment law, ideally from a respected City, West End, or regional firm.
Strong technical knowledge and a practical, solution-driven mindset.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
