Solid background on Bar operation. Cocktail Program Development: Develop Alila Cocktail program, including selecting and sourcing beverages, creating cocktails menus, and setting pricing strategies. Staff Training: Train and educate staff on beverage offerings, including product knowledge, proper serving techniques, and responsible alcohol service. Quality Control: Ensure that all beverages are prepared and served to the highest standards of quality, consistency, and presentation. Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, interact with guests to understand their preferences, and respond to feedback and complaints in a professional and timely manner. Qualifications : Similar position or experience in international branded hotels are preferred. International citizen preferred.
