Role Overview: Woodside Distribution have a fantastic opportunity for a Distribution Administrator to join their fast paced, award-winning team on a full-time contract. The successful candidate will support the efficient movement of goods by handling claims for lost or damaged shipments, investigating issues and ensuring timely resolution. Main duties: Managing goods-in-transit claims specific to Woodside Distribution Limited Investigate each claim and when necessary, inspect the damage/loss Monitor and report claim incidents and process through to completion Liaise with our Operations team to establish any issues or problems, ensuring that timely resolutions are obtained Accurately input and update information onto our own and partners operating systems Other general administrative and pricing duties.
