About the Role
The Housekeeping Supervisor supports the Head Housekeeper by overseeing daily operations, ensuring that every guest room and public area meets the brand’s luxury standards.
Key Responsibilities

Supervise housekeeping staff in their daily duties.
*
Inspect rooms and public areas to ensure compliance with presentation and hygiene standards.
*
Support onboarding and training of new team members.
*
Monitor and manage schedules, workloads, and performance.
*
Report operational issues and liaise with other hotel departments.
Candidate Profile
*
Prior housekeeping experience in a luxury hotel environment.
*
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
*
Leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team.
*
Professional, approachable, and guest-focused.
