Location: Northampton (NN5)
Position: Customer Service Advisor
Shift: Friday to Tuesday, 11:00–20:00 on Fridays and 08:00–17:00 Saturday to Tuesday
Hourly rate: £12.21 per hour
Contract: Temporary ongoing with the potential to become permanent after 12 successful weeks.
We are partnering with an exceptional logistics provider who is seeking service-driven individuals to join their team.

Responsibilities
* Handle inbound customer calls related to queries around the delivery of their goods
* Speak with delivery drivers, schedule their next drop, and/or confirm arrival at a customer location
* Book in deliveries with customers
* Write emails to customers
* Update and maintain the database with address details or updates on queries
Qualifications
* Exceptional customer service skills
* Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
* MS Office – Word and Email
* Happy to be on the phone
