Position: IT Manager (Retail)

Salary: £75,000-£90,000
Responsibilities:
1 Driving IT Strategy & Roadmap Development
* Develop and execute the company’s overall IT strategy and roadmap aligned with business objectives.
* Cross functional collaboration: to be bridge between Retail, E-commerce, supply chain, marketing, and finance team.
2 Systems & Applications Management
* Manage and improve internal systems and business applications to enhance operational efficiency.
* Ensure correct transfer of pricing, promotions, ad product data from SAP S4/HANA to Magento, POS and other channels, maintaining accuracy across multiple currencies.
3 Data Conversion, Mapping, and Validation
* Oversee data conversion processes, ensuring mapping and synchronization between SAP, Magento, POS, and other connected platforms.
4 WMS and Order Management Support
* Support end-to-end order management processes by maintaining accurate order flow from placement through fulfillment.
