Teaching Assistant – EHCP Support Location: Crawley & Surrounding Areas Role: Teaching Assistant (EHCP Support) Contract: Full-Time & Part-Time Available Pay: £13.70–£14.50 per hour (depending on experience) Are you an experienced Teaching Assistant with a passion for supporting pupils with EHCP? Supply Desk is working on behalf of a number of welcoming and inclusive schools across Crawley and nearby areas to recruit skilled and compassionate TAs for 1:1 and small group support roles, starting September 2025. These roles are ideal for someone who is patient, nurturing, and confident in supporting children with additional needs such as autism, ADHD, speech and language difficulties, or social and emotional challenges. About the Role: Provide tailored support to pupils with EHCPs, both 1:1 and in small groups Work closely with class teachers and SENCOs to follow support plans Foster positive behaviour, confidence, and independence Help children access the curriculum and fully participate in school life Adapt support strategies to meet individual needs What We’re Looking For: Experience working with pupils with EHCPs or additional needs A caring and proactive approach Good communication and teamwork skills Ability to adapt quickly to different school settings A TA qualification is helpful but not essential What We Offer: £13.70–£14.50 per hour, paid weekly Flexible full-time and part-time roles to suit your schedule Opportunities across a range of supportive schools in Crawley and surrounding areas A dedicated consultant who understands your experience and preferences Ongoing CPD and training options How to apply: We’d love to help you take the next step in your education career with a September start !
