The role:
To provide a comprehensive administrative support service to the Faculty Office, based at Gorseinon, and to possibly support administration at our Llwyn Y Bryn campus one day per week. The successful candidate will have excellent people skills and enjoy working with young people.
1. Part-time (20 hours per week)
2. Term time (38 weeks per annum)
3. 8.30am - 1pm Monday to Friday (can be discussed during interview)
4. Fixed term until 31/08/26
5. £11, - £11, per annum
6. Primary location: Gorseinon campus
7. Interviews will take place on Wednesday 24th September
Key Responsibilities:
8. Providing a comprehensive administrative support service to the Faculty Office
9. Key accountability for consumable ordering, maintaining accurate records and administering credit card returns
10. First point of contact for visitors, lecturers and students
About you:
11. Previous experience of maintaining accurate administration systems
12. Possess excellent IT skills
13. With a minimum of 5 GCSEs Grade A-C (or equivalent) including Maths and English you will also possess a relevant level 2 qualification, ideally in Business Administration
14. Possess excellent interpersonal skills coupled with the ability to communicate confidently at all levels
15. Able to prioritise your workload and work to strict deadlines with a commitment to maintaining high quality standards
