What we need from you as a Junior Sous Chef:
* Previous experience working in a rosette-level kitchen
* A minimum of 5 years experience cooking at a high standard
* A team player and keen to learn more
* Must be able to drive or live in the area
What the role involves:
* Running a section in the kitchen and supporting the head chef with duties such as ordering, stock control, managing staff, and running the kitchen when the head chef is off
Salary:
£28,000-£35,000 per year
Hours:
Working 48-54 hours a week, Wednesday to Sunday, with shifts from 9:30 am to 10 pm on weekdays and 8 am to 7 pm on Sundays. Flexibility may be available once the team is full.
