We are seeking a skilled and reliable Line Chef to join our kitchen team. As a Line Chef, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking menu items in your designated station, ensuring quality, consistency, and timely service. You must be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high culinary and hygiene standards.
What will you do?
1. Prepare and cook dishes according to recipes and specifications.
2. Set up and stock stations with necessary supplies and ingredients.
3. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations.
4. Assist with food prep and portioning during service.
5. Follow proper food safety and sanitation guidelines.
6. Communicate clearly with kitchen staff and front-of-house as needed.
7. Monitor food quality and report any issues to the Head or Sous Chef.
8. Assist in receiving and storing kitchen deliveries.
9. Support other chefs and kitchen staff as needed.
