Job Description:
A great opportunity to join a leading, multi-branch independent Lettings and Estate Agency that has become one of the top agents in the area. Due to ongoing growth, they are seeking an experienced Sales Negotiator with at least 12 months of relevant experience and ideally local area knowledge. This role offers a friendly team environment, with ongoing training and career progression opportunities.
Main Duties for the Estate Agent Sales Negotiator:
* Meeting and registering new applicants
* Organising and conducting viewings
* Maintaining regular contact with clients and applicants
* Negotiating offers received
* Understanding the local marketplace in depth
* Collaborating with the Manager to identify and maximize new business opportunities
Skills Required:
* Smart, well-spoken, and articulate
* Ambitious, self-motivated, and driven
* Full UK driving license
Working Hours:
Full-time: 8:45 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday to Friday, plus alternate Saturdays from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM, with time off in lieu during the week when working Saturdays.
Additional Benefits:
20 days holiday plus statutory holidays. Extra discretionary days off for birthdays and at Christmas.
