Field Sales Manager - Manufacturing
Location: UK, Remote
Contract: Permanent, Full Time
Salary: £70,000 - £90,000 base plus car + bonus
About the EU Field Sales Manager role
Nobul is excited to be partnering with a global leader in wire connectivity products, electrical installation tools and supplies and test and measurement equipment, who are currently recruiting for an EU Field Sales Manager to join their team.
Reporting to the Head of Global Sales, the EU Field Sales Manager will implement and drive sales through impactful product demonstrations, marketing programs and promotional activities in selected electrical wholesale accounts. They will also support the EMEA Management team in achieving its business objectives by managing revenue generation for the UK & EU regions.
What you’ll do as the EU Field Sales Manager
* Manage UK & EU Sales Associates by setting & implementing Sales strategy. Set clear targets and objectives, hold regular reviews on performance to plan.
* Manage new product introductions within the UK & EU regions, working alongside sales, marketing, operations, and distribution to devise a structured launch plan
* Increase end-user awareness using pre-defined well executed branch promotions, trade counter events/breakfast mornings and placement of dedicated “Point of Sale” materials
* Responsible for providing monthly sales forecasts, weekly reports, updating CRM contact reports and other ad-hoc reports as required by the business
* Deliver product and application training to distributor branch staff
Key skills and experience for our EU Field Sales Manager
* Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Electrical Engineering, or a related field preferred.
* Minimum of 7 – 10 years of B2B sales or account management experience in the electrical industry
* Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present to, and build relationships, at all levels in the English language
* Multi-lingual a plus (German, French, Italian, Polish, Dutch, Spanish)
* Valid Driver’s license with the ability to travel approximately 80% within the EU & UK regions required
