As a PE Teacher, you will deliver engaging and inclusive lessons that develop students’ physical skills, confidence, and understanding of health and fitness. This role offers flexible day-to-day and long-term opportunities, ideal for teachers who enjoy inspiring students through sport and physical education. Physical Education (PE) Teacher Responsibilities: Plan and deliver high-quality PE lessons in line with the curriculum. Teach a range of sports, physical activities, and fitness programmes. Promote teamwork, sportsmanship, and healthy lifestyles. Ensure safe practice and effective use of equipment and facilities. Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback. Maintain high standards of behaviour and engagement. Support extracurricular sports activities and school competitions. Requirements: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent. Strong subject knowledge in Physical Education. Experience teaching PE in UK schools is desirable. Excellent classroom and activity management skills. Ability to motivate and engage students of varying abilities. A valid enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service or willingness to apply through GSL.
